Restoring form and function after injury, tumor treatment, or congenital differences.
Our goal is safe healing, durable coverage, and a return to daily life with confidence.
Uncontrolled bleeding, pale/cold limb, high-energy trauma, or exposed bone/tendon → go to the nearest ER immediately. Keep the area elevated; do not remove tight rings or jewelry.
Trauma & wounds: Soft-tissue loss, exposed bone/tendon, crush injuries, burns, chronic/non-healing wounds.
Post-cancer reconstruction: Breast, skin, head & neck, trunk and limb defects after tumor removal.
Nerve / tendon / vessel repairs: Function-focused microsurgical repair where indicated.
Pressure sores & diabetic/vascular wounds: Debridement, coverage, and off-loading strategies.
Scars & contractures: Release, resurfacing, or tissue rearrangement for motion and comfort.
Congenital differences (selected): Shape/function improvement after individualized assessment.
Local / regional flaps and skin grafts for reliable coverage
Microsurgery (free flaps) for complex or large defects
Tissue expansion and fat transfer to restore contour/softness
Nerve / tendon repair and cartilage or bone grafting when needed
Negative-pressure wound therapy and modern dressings to optimize healing
Assessment: History, photos/imaging, risk evaluation (smoking, diabetes, meds).
Plan: Options, risks, scar placement, expected stages and rehab plan.
Surgery & inpatient care: Pain control, early mobilization, graft/flap monitoring.
Rehab & follow-up: Wound care, physiotherapy/hand therapy, scar management.
Immediate or delayed reconstruction? Both exist; timing depends on cancer plan, contamination, and tissue quality.
How long is the stay? Simple cases are day-case; complex flaps usually 1–5 nights.
Scars? We place incisions along natural lines/creases; scar care starts early (taping/silicone).
Return to work? Desk work can be 5–14 days; manual work depends on repair and rehab.
Smoking/diabetes? Both reduce healing; we optimize or delay until safer.
Will I need therapy? Often yes—hand/physio improves motion, strength, and outcome.
