Fotona Laser Treatments in Istanbul

Fotona Sp Dynamis Pro

One laser platform, many indications: what we treat with Fotona, and where surgery takes over.

Lasers in aesthetic medicine are usually single-purpose devices: one wavelength, one job. Fotona is different. It combines two complementary wavelengths, Er:YAG (2940 nm) and Nd:YAG (1064 nm), in one platform, which is why a single device can treat skin surface, deeper tissue, hair follicles and even the soft palate. In our Istanbul practice we use it as a surgical practice uses it best: as a precise tool with clear indications, and with an honest line between what laser can do and what only surgery can.

The Fotona Laser Protocols We Use

Fotona 4D: Non-Surgical Facial Rejuvenation

Four laser modes in one session, including a unique intraoral step that tightens the nasolabial area from inside the mouth. The result is gradual skin tightening, improved texture and a fresher look with minimal downtime. 4D is the right tool for early laxity and skin quality; it does not replace a facelift when jowls and neck have structurally descended.

HairRestart: Laser Therapy for Hair Loss

Er:YAG pulses in a gentle, non-ablative mode stimulate the scalp and dormant follicles. HairRestart suits early-stage thinning, patients who are not yet candidates for a hair transplant, and post-transplant support. It is a course of sessions, not a single visit, and results build over months.

TightSculpting: Non-Surgical Body Tightening

A dual-wavelength protocol for mild skin laxity and small stubborn areas, without incisions or downtime. For larger volumes of fat or genuinely loose skin, VASER liposuction, Renuvion or a tummy tuck remain the honest answer; TightSculpting is for the earlier end of that spectrum.

NightLase: Laser Treatment for Snoring

Gentle Er:YAG heating tightens the tissues of the soft palate, reducing the vibration that causes snoring. No anesthesia, no appliances to wear, a short series of sessions.

SmoothEye: The Eye Area

A non-ablative protocol for fine lines and mild laxity around the eyes, including the lower lid. Like 4D, it has a boundary: genuine excess skin or bulging fat is blepharoplasty territory.

LipLase: Natural Lip Enhancement

Laser stimulation of the lips’ own collagen for definition and subtle volume, an alternative for patients who do not want filler.

Where Laser Ends and Surgery Begins

The most useful thing a surgical practice can tell you about laser is when not to use it. Energy-based tightening cannot lift a structurally descended face, close separated muscles, or remove hanging skin. If your findings are beyond what these protocols treat, we will say so and explain the surgical option, whether that is a deep plane facelift or a hair transplant. The reverse is also true: many patients who come asking about surgery are better served, for now, by a laser protocol.

The articles below cover individual Fotona protocols in more detail, including who each one suits and what a realistic course of treatment looks like.
